Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all locations within North Macedonia and internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- North Macedonia: 1-3 business days.
- International: 5-14 business days (may vary based on customs processing).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if such is available.
Pickup Option
For customers in Skopje, you can choose to pick up your order at our studio at Vasil Gjorgov 19 1/4, Skopje. Please email us in advance to arrange pickup.
Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-measure garments are final sale and cannot be returned.
Accessories and sale items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@jovanafilipovic.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
